Quite simply, the Diamond Jubilee!

A Union Jack inspired tray bake cake, with fresh raspberries inside it too.  Unfortunately I ran out of blueberries bottom left.... hohum. ;-/ still YUM! ;-)

Good ole cocktail twiddlers, things to shove through cheddar/pineapple cubes, whatever they're for, printed off from Activity Village website and glued together shoving in broken bamboo skewers!  

Leggy!  A very special household member here.  Also a very patriotic and loving lion!  He's 8yrs old and i just had to rustle up a little outfit for him.  ps. he's my sons!  

Ah good ole t'inter'web! downloaded pages of thin endless union jacks, snipped up and made into paper chains to hang from the light fittings throughout the house!  

Oooh, even Prince Phillip is in 3d here on a cocktail stick, poking out of my tv!  ;-)

Leggy!  again... but here with his heavy bejewelled crown removed!  ;-)

I like to make things, not just whiz to a store and pickup whatever themed items are available.  So here I've put a few bits together in honour of the Queens Diamond Jubilee weekend.
