A giant in the making!

BORED'ering! 

So... you know those times where you feel a cloud of melancholy hanging about to burst over you and the weather is miserable if not a gale force blowing with vigour?  You're almost head-achey and grouchy and have no idea why? You're feeling no positive effect from that bar of decadent chocolate you've just devoured? ...... all those times, you could have just done with this!  My new 'HAPPY BLANKET' It's huge, consisting of 99 squares knitted in varied (whatever shades went on offer!) pima cotton.  Its soft, floppy, happy and cheery.  Here are all said 99 squares in the layout I intend to join them.  Now though? the arduous long task of crochet bordering each square before then joining them all up! uggr.  ;-/ It will be worth it though.  Maybe thinking of running a journal on the blanket, to hand to grandkids when i'm 90, given with the throw itself, so they can read of all the journeys and travels and adventures this happy blanket is set to have.  I envisage it spending an awful lot of time at Holkham Bay my favourite place on earth!
