
Woohooooo. So I thought to myself 'macaroons look nice' and started a mission to find the best recipe to make and do them justice for my family. Opting for the tv chef Lorrain Pascale's version I had alot of fun! Making syrup to 115'c on a jam thermometer was the best bit. I didnt have the right piping nozzle so they've come out a little on the large size! Filled them with whipped cream and blob of seedless raspberry jam! Helloooooo taste buds! Crikey they were orgasmic! Gone in a flash.
