Goin' Back to maaa rooots! YEAH!.....

How utterly soul nourishing! A whole week at beginning of April in my ancestral county of Norfolk. The wild primroses are quintessential to the banks of the lanes throughout the county, along with the Gorse bushes and miles and miles of endless flat beaches - great for long soul-searching walks and running space! Ahhhh, blisss.   Pulled in all the best trips out, Blakeney, Holt, Burnham Market, Brancaster (oooh you must stop at the crab  hut on brancaster staith beach, an enormous pucker crab or crayfish filled baguette that is so fresh its barely a few hours old, prepared right then by a lovely lady who's done it all her life, cheap too plus you must try the oversized early seasons welks, she'll let you try abit of anything on a cocktails stick for free)    Best fish n chip shop was in sheringham, specifically the one on high street called stait (or somethign like that).  Oh i could go on........... ;-)     OOOH AND GO TO PRETTY CORNER TEA ROOM!  ah blissful place! Go mid summer when the rhododendrons are in full bloom.  Sit there on the balcony drinking pucker tea and fine home made cakes etc amidst the acres of woodland open to the public, follow the trail into the woods to see the carved out wooden teapot on a post!  Oh and you must find the loo's too!  All very memorable!
