Home extension now complete I wanted to fill my new living room with some cushions to co-ordinate with my new Laura Ashley drapes and wallpaper so courtessy of a book I had called 'Sewing In No Time' I had a go at my first two. Intending on making another 8 of each of the red ones and the gold dupion silk ones. I only buy Laura Ashley products at their biggest sales of the year times so it makes the end products much more affordable and I feel suitably
smug at these... ;-) The red fabric is called 'Lori' - Raspberry and the other cushion is aforementioned 'Dupion Silk' Pale Gold. A trip to good ole Dunelm enabled very cheap cushion inserts, I like feathered ones as I think they're more sumptuous and keep their shape longer.
