I have purchased a couple of snoods over the past winter for my 8 yr old son but they're very thin and not as warm as I'd hoped they'd be, so I found this free pattern and how-to on the web and bought some navy jersey fabric and bright orange polar fleece to make my own reversible super thick cosy one. (his colour choice!) It was superbly easy and quick to make, took me half hour. It's seriously chunky and cosy on him. I'll make many more for others.
