I loved standing at the base of this 400 year old oak tree, it felt amazing! There's alot to be said for hugging a monstrously old tree isn't there? It kind of puts things into perspective and relaxes the soul.
You simply have to try it, find yourself any big old tree, go right up to it, close your eyes moving your head right back, enjoy and look up!!!!!
