Heavens to Betsy! ;-)

I love my gadgets in my home and ALWAYS name them!  The robo-vacuum is Steve, Upright vacuum is Doris and this the espresso machine is Betsy.  



She makes a perfect coffee every time!  

It's the Sage DuoBoiler machine with the add-on programmable burr grinder on the side.  Betsy's extraction is awesome!  lol.  I'm glad she's in my life.  :-)  

Here she is, building up her pressure to around 9.

 There's she goes, the wurring of the pull as she gets every juicy tasty bit of the fantastic fresh roasted beans (done to a mild/med roast giving a peachy, caramely note with hint of lemon and cream).
