Go Clemmy (Clementine, my little Fiat off roader). Had her a few months now and decided to check out her 'toys' (features) in the snow, wow she nailed it! Atta'Girl! :-) She more than nailed it. Golly, on paper she's hugely understated! Everything does what it says it will and MORE! She totally delivers in the snow/ice/mud TOTALLY INCREDIBLE vehicle for winter. WOW.
why/what's so special?... Summary: extremely low gear ratio and hill descent assist which make for amazing grapple like climbing without effort up OR down anything! Somehow when in 4x4 mode it allows you to travel comfortably and very slowly along in first gear without touching any pedals and I dont know how it does it?! - BUT all through the lanes on this test she drove herself like in auto mode or something, not just downhill, but along the long straight, uphill and through all sorts. How it doesnt stall and jump I dont understand! She's very light weight which helps and has such stability. Of course, the optional/installed Winter Pack helps too by way of enjoyment to the ride, heated seats, heated windscreen and more. After a while we began testing her further wanting to almost push her to the limits to make her get stuck! lol, it didnt happen! Trenches, angles, slopes of various gradients, you name it! Clemmy can get you through anything! Now I see why these have such a huge global following. Brilliant little motors.
I even made her a little orange hat to keep the gear knob warm! Teeehee..... ;-) Love abit of twee!
