My bubbles! ;-)

I love bubbles! who doesn't?  Last Christmas I found these lovely bubble clear balloons and got a helium canister.

tied some ribbons to each one at different lengths and weighted each one down with some silver plastic baubles, what an awesome effect as they reflected the festive lighting and candles etc and bobbed about each evening with movement in the air.  Utterly mesmerising.  Next yr will get more and hoping to pop some different coloured fine glitter in each one to add to the effect.

Faced with my front porch being less than vibrant at Christmas and all the plants in pots have died back till summer, I took pity on this partially dead shrub and adorned it with baubles!  ;-)

Decided that since our Christmas tree is a giant fake one that is many yrs old now, we'd still like a real one for the smell if nothing else, so got this lovely thick little one in Ikea for only a tenner!  cool.  Although the star is considerably too giant for top of it! pmsl.

I like to try and make festive gifts if poss so this little collection is going to be wrapped for a friend, its a Christmas breakfast muffin mix of my own and some festive papers for the tin to bake them in.

Who doesnt love a camembert hot in the middle of a freshly home made bread ring?!  tear, dip and slurp! perfection!  I made this seeded plaited loaf leaving just the right size for the cheese box.  It didnt look tidy for long, gloopy cheese everywhere! lol.

I adore pompoms!  since got the revamped old pews as dining table long benches I wondered how I'd festive up the seating this year, so opted for a pompom garland on the back of each.  The cats loved them!  :-/
