Zesty aroma filled kitchen today....

oooooh, the kitchen smells like a vitamin infusion of freshness as i'm making a small batch of 3 fruit marmalade.  parfait jars are sitting with boiling water in them all ready to be filled with the mixture when its cooked, simmered and blitzed to within one inch of its life! lol.  yum.  a spoonful on a thick slice of heavily seeded toast is bliss on a morning.  :-)  

Works out at a mere 54pence per large jar! y'can't beat that, £2.95 a small jar of decent 3 fruit marmalade in farm shops and tea rooms (wouldn't go near the supermarket ones!!!)  It'll see us through Autumn and Winter. 
Then the Seville oranges will be avail in the shops and the seville orange marmalade is to die for....
