A bit seedy actually!

I don't even know what these wild flowers are called but in the Autumn they loose their flowers and turn to seed, they look so stunning peeking tall out of the frosty hedgerows against the sunset lit backdrops in the countryside. I'm quite certain they make thee most beautiful silhouette a plant could ever make. BUT..... did you know they sing too?

Go out on a windy day, pick one and hold it to your ear!.... They make a high pitch note akin to Maria Carey! lol.. well, the wind does anyhow, as it whirls and twists through the twiggy like seed pods. ;-)
