
I've decided to dabble in Moroccon food as I love the fusion of sweet mixed with unique spices and almost a floral aroma too. So, bought this versatile tagine - aptly named as you can use it in dishwasher/freezer/oven/hob and even on the bbq (imagine, you have your standard bbq with burgers and bangers etc and then you're done, but what of all that heat left in the coals, wasted? nope, fill your tagine with some pre marinated meat you've got in the fridge and lob the lid on and 2hrs later you've got a gorgeous meal of moist perfectly cooked morrocon lamb, my particular favourite spice mix is Ras El Hanous). Its a huge tagine, 32cm to be precise, but with the giant lid too it only just fits in my big oven. (for those non coaly moments of course. ;-)
